In another proud moment for Nepali women in sports, Indu Barma, captain of Nepal’s national women’s cricket team, has become the first-ever Nepali woman cricketer to score 1,000 runs in T20 International cricket.

Indu achieved this remarkable milestone during Nepal’s victory against Malaysia on Tuesday, where she remained unbeaten on 48 runs.

With an average of 18 and a highest score of 55 runs, Indu has been a consistent performer and a true inspiration for the next generation of female athletes.
